We provide customized machines and automation solutions designed around the workflow and layout of each customer’s factory. By combining optional custom units and transfer equipment, we develop specifications that improve machining productivity and optimize overall production flow.

Hand scraping,
our traditional craft

We have improved the “scraped finish” that can only be achieved with traditional KNC technology and craftsmanship. Our own designed machines can be easily customized to your needs with a good cost performance.

To help you select the most suitable machine, compare our Gang tooling lathe, Turret lathe,
and Internal grinder using the five key criteria in the comparison chart below.

◎ Excellent  /  ○ Good  /  △ Limited

Details are as follows:

  1. 1Number of Tools
Maximum number of tools that can be mounted on the tool post or turret. Turret lathes provide the largest tool capacity, while grinding lathes support up to 3 tools (including one high-frequency spindle).
  2. 2Machining Accuracy
All models provide high machining accuracy. Compared with turret lathes, gang tooling lathes and grinding lathes are better suited for applications requiring higher precision.
  3. 3Rotary Tools
Indicates the maximum number of live tools that can be installed. Gang tooling lathes and grinding lathes support up to 1–2 rotary tools, while turret lathes can accommodate rotary tools at all turret stations (excluding the TX-80 Series).
  4. 4Supports Optional Custom Unit
Indicates compatibility with optional custom units, including high-frequency spindles, multi-start threading units, and Y-axis units. Gang tooling lathes provide the greatest flexibility for optional custom unit installation, while turret lathes and grinding lathes offer more limited compatibility.
  5. 5Supports Automation
Compares the flexibility of integrating multiple machines into an automated production line. Gang tooling lathes provide the highest level of flexibility, turret lathes also support automated line integration, and grinding lathes offer more limited compatibility.
